About Our Client

A fast growing retail fashion company is looking for a Head of Online Trading.

Job Description

  • Setting up the strategies and manage the execution of business plan especially in the online environment

  • Creating budget, category plan and also do the merchandising development

  • Strategically maintaining and creating the online campaign

  • Managing and leading the team in order to achieve the team's goals

  • Monitoring efficiency and effectiveness of the plan and present those measurement in weekly/monthly meeting

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor/Master's degree in Business or equivalent
  • Min. 5 Years working experience in merchandising and online environment
  • Strong leadership and team player
  • Good communication and interpersonal skill
  • Willing to be placed in Tangerang office
