Job Descriptions:

Responsible for building maintenance and C-MEP equipment which has a high complexity, and responsible for safety, security and asset protection
Responsible for budget management (operating, capital expenditure), preventive and corrective maintenance, and energy conservation
Develop and implement strategies to provide comfort and tenant services through meet the minimum requirements for reliability, sustainability and durability of building equipment
Responsible for maintaining regulatory standards and requirements, leading the emergency response team for all facility issues

Job Requirements:

Diploma / Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering from reputable university
Minimum 8 years experience of M/E equipment and utility management in the shopping center/mall, office building, or hospitality
Proficient in execution and management of high-complexity buildings
Work ethic and performance oriented
Innovative and adaptive in CME equipment operations (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical)
Able to work in a team in a dynamic work environment
Willing to be place in ITC Roxy Mas, Jakarta Pusat
