Appnext is the only platform to provide end-to-end discovery solutions from the initial device setup and personalization throughout daily mobile touchpoints for a seamless user engagement experience from initial device setup to continuous engagement at any given moment.

Appnext discovery platform powers 6.5 billion daily app recommendations globally. An average user interacts with Appnext device-level app recommendations +20 times a day throughout his daily mobile journey.

Appnext is looking for an experienced and talented success manager with strong analytical skills to expand our office in Indonesia. As a Success Manager, you will be managing our most valuable Advertising partners to lead their accounts effectively toward their goal. In addition, you will be using your platform expertise and strong interpersonal skills to improve and grow their mobile user acquisition and re-engagement activity.

Job Responsibilities:

The perfect candidate is an experienced team player in the Adtech digital ecosystem, with experience in ad operations and optimization of mobile campaigns. Must have exceptional English communication and negotiation skills. This person can deliver results under pressure, work independently, take ownership and responsibility for the growth and ROI of the accounts, and leverage sales opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 2+ years of experience managing digital advertising campaigns in Google and FB or DSP Campaign Manager (digital marketing)
  • Experience working with marketing/Network agencies
  • Excellent analytics skills
  • Experience with first-party ad serving & Analytics
  • Knowledge in mobile monetization and advertising
  • Experience with third-party attribution (Appsflyer, Adjust, Branch, etc.)
  • Excellent communication skills in English & Bahasa Indonesia and the ability to create strategic relationships with key players in the industry
  • BA - a must, preferably in Economics, Business Management, or other similar fields
  • Ability to multitask and handle various tasks and priorities
  • Sales experience – either upselling, cross-selling, or both are required
  • Experience training and providing remote support
  • Highly committed and results-oriented
