Job Purpose

Support the local SEAT markets to drive growth on the Polident and Parodontax Brands by understanding the right consumers insights and developing the right activation assets together with local teams and category teams.

Responsibilities

  • Brand Development
    • Feed Area input & cascade category requirements
    • Tailor Tool kit across diverse needs of SEAT Markets
    • Input into innovation plan & timeline of pipeline rollout
    • Leverage relevant category growth drivers and develop innovation vision board to drive plan growth on the portfolio
  • Develop Brand Activation Strategy and lead its implementation across multiple countries
  • Develop compelling consumer insights and apply them to develop/guide differentiated concepts, science-based claims, product consumption experience and packaging
  • Lead delivery of in market launches by working seamlessly across boundaries, functions, matrix structures, based in different geographies
  • Drive consistent execution of global brand identity, brand heart and visual brand language of the brand

Requirements

  • Minimal degree in Marketing, Business or equivalent
  • At least 4 years experience in marketing. Those with experience from FMCG will be strongly preferred. Opened to profiles from agencies with experience doing consumer/FMCG work.
  • Good in translating insights and developing them into marketing campaigns.
  • Strong communicator and at ease influencing and managing regional stakeholders.
