Job Description

SERVERS AND INFRASTRUCTURE PROJECT MANAGER (JOB NUMBER: BNP021384)


IT Infrastructure Server:

  • Responsible for managing Infrastructure uptime (Servers, Storage, Back up, Operating System), daily monitoring of performance, troubleshooting and ensure continuous and smooth operation of Infrastructure for both Production and DR site as per BNPP standard requirements
  • Responsible to remediate of any open items for IT security vulnerabilities/ any IT security matters in relation to related infrastructure items as per standard and on time.
  • Responsible for provisioning of servers, storage, back up, and operating systems infrastructure as per BNPP standard requirements
  • Responsible to liaise with related support team (Internal or external) for smooth operations and/or troubleshooting
  • Responsible to liaise with vendor/ suppliers/ BNPP regional team for related supports

IT Infrastructure Project Manager

  • Responsible to manage Infrastructure Project as per standard requirement
  • Responsible to plan, implement, monitor, report & deliver various key Project requirements
  • Responsible to drive project direction and actively monitor project status to ensure high quality of project delivery.

Contributing Responsibilities

  • Contribute in IT daily/monthly activities enhance process, monitoring process and troubleshooting
  • Contribute to project and liaise with the related regional and local team
  • Contribute in creating and maintaining IT procedure within the Bank related to server and backup system.
  • Contribute in IT Weekly and monthly reporting by providing system infrastructure activities and dashboard report.
  • Contribute in creating IT procedure/user manual/user guide and maintain procedures/user manual/user guide within the Bank related to server and backup system.

  • Servers related ; Windows Servers, VMware, LINUX, MS SQL and NETBACKUP
  • Experience in handling Infrastructure Projects
  • Data Center best practice
  • IT Risk / ProdSec Awareness
  • Microsoft Servers qualification
  • VMware qualification
  • Project management skills with experience
