What is Production? It's the place where design ideas are transformed into actual products. We are in over 20 sourcing markets and are the direct point of contact for local suppliers. We work to ensure our products are of good quality and produced at the best price and in a sustainable way.
Is this your next challenge?
As a Garment Technician Expert or Product Technologist you are responsible for educating and developing our suppliers in product quality, fit and technical risk assessment on our products .
Working on site with suppliers you are responsible for educating and developing our suppliers towards self-reliance in the product flow in connection to your assortment needs
Working closing with the necessary stakeholders your role is to ensure we deliver the best product aligned with our business idea.
You play a key role in contributing towards securing best product from a customer perspective. Working with the global/regional teams you are responsible for co-executing the market development plans and supplier / product strategy on your product categories.
Working with our suppliers and hand in hand with other relevant internal stakeholders you are responsible for driving/developing product development and production capability within quality, fit and consumption optimization.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will interact both with Global Purchasing team and with the whole of our Supply Chain Organization.

Who are you?
As a Product Technologist you need to have an extensive technical and operational production knowledge.
Along with a very good level of knowledge and understanding in fit, grading, pattern construction, consumption, customer, material and cost, that you can rely on/ability to help grow and develop our business and supplier capability
Having exposure and knowledge on handling multiple product type like Intimates (Underwear, Swimwear), and Woven product is a must to have.
Collaboration and teamwork are key, you should work hand in hand with Product Development teams and other stakeholders to co-execute the strategies and activities that are set.
You need to have a strong communication skill, since you will using these skills to manage and educate a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
Fluent in English communication is a must to have as it is required in our daily working life.
Business minded, youn eed to have a good local market knowledge and the ability to seek out further opportunities that could strengthen our customer offer.
