Job Description

Position Job Scope including, but not limited to:

  • Maintain clean, safe, and healthy working environment within all facilities, including warehouses, distribution centres and hubs
  • Oversee security management within all facilities, ensure proper security procedures and guidelines are well implemented
  • Ensure that the facilities are in compliance manner with regulations and guidelines established by regulatory agencies
  • Oversee, plan, and schedule the regular monitoring and maintenance of facilities, assets, equipments, and tools
  • Manage asset inventory and conduct periodical asset inventory count in facilities
  • Manage contracts and relationships with vendors and external parties for asset installation, support, and maintenance projects


Qualification Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Facility and Security Management
  • Possess technical knowledge in facility maintenance and security management
  • Experience and working knowledge about ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 implementation is highly preferable
  • An ultimate problem solver; strong analytical thinking and strategic decision making skill is a must
