PRODUCT MANAGER
Based in our Indonesia Office at Jakarta, we are looking to engage an experienced and results-oriented Product Manager.
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for the management, co-ordination and implementation of all marketing activities and communication of Nufarm's businesses in Indonesia.
To create strategic marketing planning for all products in Food Crop segment that are aligned to the overall Nufarm business plan.
To effectively implement go to market strategy to support sales achievement.
To co-ordinate and work with Product Development and Sales team in preparing and conducting new product launches in line with the marketing strategy.
To co-ordinate the preparation of effective product advertising and promotional material, literature & items in line with sales team requirements.
To co-ordinate and work with Supply Chain and quality control team in preparing all label, master box and packaging design in line with Nufarm and local standard/regulations.
To prepare, coordinate and implement annual marketing budgets and ensure budget objectives are achieved.
To carry out market research study in order to develop and maintain a current and accurate database on competitor activities and agricultural chemical market, including data such as major product sales volume, price survey, crop statistics, farmers’ database & market trends in each province.
To prepare presentation material for improvement of brand positioning, crop solution and brand values suitable for use by the sales team.
In charge of planning and managing digital marketing communication that promote a company's brand and products.
Job Requirements: Min Bachelor's Degree
Proven experience working as Product Manager in agrochemical company
Excellent in English communication skills
Experience in digital marketing communication is preferable
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong management and leadership skills
Effective communication skills
