Job Description

Role : We are looking for a Business Operations (Warehouse) Intern who will assist our Supply Chain Lead in handling Internal and 3PL Warehouse. Since we are an early-stage start-up you will also be required to work on other tasks that may arise. The role includes:

Conduct Stock Review Monitoring (Fast, medium, and slow move);

Setup, implement, and supervise warehouse SOP;

Waste and discrepancy monitoring;

3PL Warehouse Audit and Improvement.
Who you are and who are we looking for?

You have / on the way to having a Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering, Business, or other engineering disciplines)

You are eloquent in both Bahasa and English

You take pride in doing the small things aswell as the big things with equal importance

You are willing to roll up your sleeves and be in the thick of the action, this includes frequent visits to our warehouses located across Jakarta

You are able to get things done in the most efficient way, but also have the ability to make others shine around you

Understanding Tableau and WMS System will be a big plus

You are willing to continue work in the office after PPKM ends

Most importantly, you have a passion for social impact and doing work that matters for the environment
