Job Description:
  • Checking ticket status from various channels (walk-in center, chat center, call center, email center, drive-thru).
  • Following up on customer requests and complaints to related parties so that they can be resolved according to the predetermined service level.

Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma Degree in Management/ Administration/ Property Development/Real Estate Management Major.
  • Minimum 3 years of work experience in data monitoring.
  • Computer literate (Ms. Office).
  • Excellent in communication skills.
  • Willing to be placed in BSD City, South Tangerang.
