Job Description

About the Role
The Payroll Lead responsible for handling the end-to-end payroll cycle, ensuring pay is processed on time, accurately, and in compliance with government regulations.


What You Will Do

    • Maintaining payroll operations by ensure compliance with relevant laws and internal policies and procedures
    • Collecting, calculating, and entering data in order to maintain and update payroll information accurately, timely, and efficient
    • Compiling summaries of earnings, taxes, deductions, leave, and non-taxable wages and reporting on this to respected team
    • Collaborate with Human Resources, Payroll vendor and Accounting teams to develop ad hoc financial and operational reporting as needed
    • Liaise with auditors and manage payroll tax audits
    • Resolve issues and answer payroll-related questions
    • Develop and manage team performance

What You Will Need

    • Extensive knowledge of the payroll function including preparation, balancing, internal control, and payroll taxes.
    • Able to communicate in English & Bahasa (Spoken & Written)Good in excel/gsheet
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in payroll, social security, salaries tax and well versed with people management and supervisory management experiences
    • Have experience in professional services firm with strong client serving skill is preferable
    • Experience in multiple payroll / Asia Pacific region payroll will be an advantage
