Job Description:
Work cross functionally across internal product and operations stakeholders, as well as external merchants and creators to continually improve our overall product go to market strategy.
Coordinate the benchmark setting of product go to market, establishing clear metrics to measure performance and effectiveness of product adoption, usage and impact.
Develop a deep understanding of all the go to market channels that can be utilised for your respective domain / user and continually use data to refine your approach
Continually dive deep in understanding our users (ie. merchants, creators, consumers, partners, internal staff) within your respective domain and market through establishing clear communication channels and feedback mechanisms.
Communicate with internal stakeholders on product performance, product adoption and continually listen for ways to optimise your product and product go to market execution.
Minimum Bachelor's Degree or above
1-3 years in a product go to market role within an e-commerce / marketplace business or consumer technology company.
Excellent communication, cooperation and project management skills. Be able to flexibly adjust strategies in complex environments
Must be comfortable with data and building stories and negotiating using data sets.
A willingness to learn, an ability to question the norm and the character to thrive in ambiguous but fast paced environments.
Proficiencies in English and local Indonesia languages are compulsory.
