About the Department

The Retail function provides Personal and Business Banking customers with financial solutions tailored to their needs. We help them manage their money wisely and meet their financial goals through an extensive range of products and services. These include deposit, insurance, secured and unsecured loans, investment and wealth advisory services.


Personal Financial Services

We design and provide products and services that empower our customers to enjoy greater banking convenience while they extract more value from their money. In particular, we are focused on promoting and developing healthy saving and investment practices across generations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Mengajukan perpanjangan special rate deposito dan deposito baru, melakukan rekap special rate untuk weekly report, melakukan penginputan pembukaan rekening beserta pendokumentasian nya, membantu team sales dalam melakukan transaksi operasional
  • Membuat laporan harian dan mingguan penjualan team sales ke Team Head/GSM/Sales Head Segment Head
  • Pengiriman dokumen pembelian/pengalihan/ pencairan asuransi Prudential, melakukan pemeriksaan kelengkapan dokumen pembukaan rekening dan pembelian reksa dana
  • Pengajuan expense, merekap dan melakukan pengecekan untuk report monthly expense
  • Melakukan pekerjaan administrasi lainnya untuk membantu team sales di cabang, seperti: pendaftaran training & sertifikasi, permintaan email, user id, sales code, sales portal dan kebutuhan ATK di cabang
  • Melakukan pengecekan perfomance dan melakukan proses lintas segment (mapping)
  • Melakukan pengajuan Form Gift Redemption untuk Nasabah atau yang berhubungan dengan loyalty & benefit program khusus nasabah Privilege banking, compile report untuk pemberian gift, memastikan ketersediaan form, brosur yang dibutuhkan oleh team sales di cabang
  • Sebagai meeter greeter untuk menyambut nasabah di Privilege Banking Center, menerima telepon masuk untuk disampaikan ke CA yang dituju, membantu menangani nasabah yang datang ke cabang apabila sales tidak ada di cabang / berhalangan, koordinasi dengan petugas pembantu cabang (satpam, cleaning service dll) dan departemen terkait dengan kebersihan, kenyamanan dan keamanan Privilege Banking Center sesuai dengan standarisasi layanan Privilege Banking yang berlaku
  • Memastikan persediaan logistik/inventarisasi yang dibutuhkan Privilege Center secara rutin

Job Requirements

  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters
  • Excellent communication skill
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Patience when handling tough cases
  • Having experience with Customer Service or similar to CS role is a plus
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office especially Excel
