Job Description

Purpose/ Mission: To achieve profitable and sustainable market growth within assigned Key Account(s), while aligning with adidas brand image & strategy and ensuring target achievement
Accountabilities: Functional:
  • To establish strong relationship with key accounts and make the Company their preferred partners
  • To effectively apply sales strategies, policies and best practices the Accounts business segmentation.
  • Allocate resources, negotiate, implementation and tracking of action plans.
  • To drive the implementation of trade term for both adidas and customer
  • To ensure reliable and efficient supply of products to customers. Effectively respond to customer’s needs & requests while minimizing the customer complaints.
  • To pursue additional business opportunities by supporting his/ her team and apply a strategic mid-long term approach within the accounts.
  • To internally represent the assigned key accounts towards all functions and vice versa. Manage all interfaces

  • By frequently address the main account requirements across functions
  • By proactively coordinate/ facilitate meetings with other functions and accounts
  • To develop Key Accounts strategies
    • To ensure quarterly updates of strategic account initiatives
    • To present strategic initiatives by providing strategy basen on adidas 2025 strategy – align with regional strategy, activation and direction
    • Building a trade term frame work as a tool to leverage business as a win-win strategy
    • Building DPC accelaration to strategic accounts for leverage business opportunity
    • To identify SWOT of each account in order to give insights to key accounts
  • To sell-in and agree on sell-through support
    • Proactively lead the alignment of the sell in/ out process across internal functions
  • To continue monitoring the sell-through and the order book as well as reliable and cost efficient supply for the key accounts
    • By proactively facilitate meeting/business reviews with designated operations team and Customer Service
    • To conduct and share sell through information from account

Controlling:
  • To measure progress on assigned account’s KPIs
  • To monitor and report the market trends and competitors in the area
  • To provide realistic business plans and forecasts that is aligned with the company’s longer range plan.
  • Ensure customer compliance with trade agreements (ie. Trade term)
  • Inventory convertion to NS by giving/advacing strategy to customer as well as communicating and alignment with regional on OTB/budget set-up
  • To analyze the sell out data per banner in order to ensure the right buying on next seasons

Compliances:
  • To observe both global and local policies and procedures in all dealings;
  • Support APAC changes and directions;
  • Perform other tasks and/or projects as may be assigned from time to time
