Job Description

Lead, grow and mentor Ui Designer and Ux Researcher team

Initiate, build, and own the overall user experience and user interface strategy, ux research, wireframe, design roadmap, design system, and design processes, in accordance with UI/UX best practices

Translate business requirements into meaningful wireframes and mockups prototype and deploy high-quality experiences for web and mobile apps

Work and collaborate across teams, developers, as well as Project & Product Managers, also stake holders, to provide impactful insights for their decision-making process and ensure experience are aligned with business requirements also user needs

Lead research initiatives to collect insights into user behavior

Explore both UX research (to understand user's experience in using a product) and market research (to understand the market landscape for a certain product or brand)

Run product research, mainly through competitive benchmarking

Formulate your research initiatives based on the team's and organization's needs.

Employ various research methods ranging from surveys and in-depth interviews to usability testing and contextual study

Monitor how your insights are implemented in the product, design, or business development.

Synthesize data, develop conclusive and actionable insights in a report, and deliver product improvements suggestions based on your insights.

Lead finding presentations and facilitate brainstorming sessions with other teams.

Understand the company strategies and contribute by seeking relevant insights into user needs and market trends.
Have at least 4 years experience as UI/UX designer, information architect, or similar UX-related role for web and have experience in leadership

Knowledge of the latest UI/UX design concepts, strategy, and system, emerging technologies, and other developments in the user experience field

Familiarity with modern UI/UX design and prototyping tools (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Marvel app, Balsamiq)

Practical knowledge of user-centered design processes and lifecycles and have experience in creating prototypes and highly detailed wireframes for complex web applications

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills in addition to using wireframes, mock-ups, and prototypes to communicate an UX perspective

Ability to work independently without direct supervision, a self-starter with excellent time management skills to meet the project deadline

Passion for insights.

High enthusiasm to run primary data collection and analysis by empathically talking to users, formulating surveys, and other methods

Have experience in product or have a market research experience is a plus
