Get to know the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our GrabWheels team to own and drive a portfolio of hardware products and features to achieve our vision of Electrification of Southeast Asia.
You will be working at the exciting intersection of User Insights, Electric Vehicles (EVs) and Software integration with the intended outcome of driving user adoption, business impact and sustainability efforts.
Product areas include User Insights, Electric Vehicles, IoT and Battery technology.
You will be co-defining a product roadmap by surfacing country needs, business objectives and competitive insights to the regional team in order to foster strong cross-functional collaboration and successful product launches.
You will get opportunities to partner with numerous external world-leading hardware partners in the Electric Vehicles and Battery industry.
This role is based in Jakarta, Indonesia and is for a 1-year contract with the option to extend.
Job Descriptions:
Co-define and co-prioritize the GrabWheels Hardware and Software product strategy and roadmap, spanning Electric Vehicles, Battery Network and IoT Technology.
Collect data, user feedback, and market research from Indonesia, and use that to continuously iterate GrabWheels product roadmap.
Stay on top of trends to determine market openings for new products.
Partner with internal and external cross-functional teams from Business, User Research and Insights, Hardware Engineering, Software Engineering and Product Design to execute the product roadmap as well as, to deliver great experiences for our users and impact for our business.
Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems for an intra-company startup
Ensure strong collaboration and communication across the company and serve as a primary point of contact for internal ID stakeholders across functions.
Define success metrics and consistently measure the impact of your work. Share the progress of a product to external partners and internal stakeholders.
Requirements for the role:
At least 3 years of technology-related product management experience
Having a solid understanding of Southeast Asia markets is a bonus
Past experience in an electric vehicle industry is a bonus
Demonstrated success in delivering compelling products in a fast-growing and dynamic environment
Possess an owner’s mindset - you don’t shy away from the hard stuff
Be customer-centric focused, team and results-oriented
Strong interest in cutting edge hardware technologies
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia
