Job Description

Responsible:

  • Answering an Incoming Calls and Respond to Email.
  • Handle Customer Inquiries by Email and Social Media.
  • Provide Customers about Product and Service Information.
  • Identify and Escalate Priority Issues.
  • Documenting All Calls Information According to Standard Operating Procedures.
  • Complete All Call Logs.
  • Updating customers profile into computer.
  • Conduct customer surveys to ascertain level of customer service.

Qualification:

  • Minimum D3 any Major.
  • Maximum 30 years old.
  • Experience Minimum 1 year in Call Center (Inbound, Outbound and Handle Media Social / Fresh Graduate are Welcome.
  • Able to speak English (Active).
  • Communicative.
  • Willing to work in Shifting Schedule including weekend and Public Holiday.
