Job Description

1. Memastikan laporan klaim yang masuk diterima dan diperiksa sesuai prosedur yang berlaku

2. Mengelola seluruh proses administrasi klaim MV dalam sistem dapat berjalan baik sesuai prosedur

3. Mengelola dan menjaga keamanan dokumen klaim

4. Melakukan penerbitan Surat Perintah Kerja dan Purchase Order sesuai prosedur dan limit kewenangan klaim

5. Melaksanakan ketentuan yang berlaku di perusahaan, diantaranya:

a. Perjanjian Kerja Bersama (PKB)

b. Kode Etik Perusahaan

c. Claim Guideline

d. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP)

e. Service Level Agreement (SLA)

f. Dan ketentuan lain yang berlaku di perusahaan

1. Minimal Pendidikan S1 Semua jurusan

2. Pengalaman min 2 th sbg Claim Controller di Asuransi Umum

3. Mampu mengoperasikan komp terutama microsoft office (Word, Excel dan ppt)

4. Memiliki kemampuan interpersonal dan komunikasi yang baik

5. Memiliki ketelitian dan orientasi terhadap target

6. Mampu memiliki analisa yang baik

7. Bersedia Penempatan : Jakarta
