Job Description

Work closely with Head of Category supporting various initiatives and special projects.

Understanding of business unit process, which covers end-to-end business, operations and product development to identify key opportunities.

Define, monitor and evaluate key business metrics, conducting analysis that leads to actionable insights for business and operational improvements.

Develop workflow, SOP and blueprint for core business processes, benchmark to industry best practices.

Acting as PMO to manage ongoing projects with multiple stakeholders.
Requirements

Bachelor's Degree in any major, preferably in Business Management/MBA, Engineering or Computer Science.

Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience and graduates

Highly analytical with a structured approach to problem-solving.

Ability to learn independently and quickly, with a strong "team player" attitude.

Exceptional communication/public speaking skills for stakeholder management.

Excellent time-management and adaptability skills to meet tight deadlines and balance simultaneous workstreams.
