Minimum Graduate Education; Post graduate management in HR will be an added advantage
3-5 years of experience in HR Operations / HR Service delivery in the area of Payroll and HR Shared Services in a diverse and complex organization
Excellent verbal and written communication
Customer focused mindset coupled with the ability to manage customers in an understanding and professional manner
Ability to build strong and effective relations with relevant internal and external stakeholders
Strong Drive for Results, Responsiveness, Speed and ability to navigate a matrix organization. Ability to interpret data to understand workload capacity and trends in service.
Sound knowledge and understanding of various Labor laws with focus on Indonesia.
Project Management exposure with prior experience in policy/ process implementation
Exposure to ‘PeopleSoft’ and 'Service Now' will be an added advantage
Enthusiastic, self- driven individual with a positive mindset who is capable of working with individuals at all the levels and with stakeholders across different functions and geographies
Tech savvy, ability to quickly adapt to internal systems and high Proficiency in MS Excel is must Tanggung Jawab
Assume accountability for the consolidation, validation and execution of payroll input & output including
leave, attendance management & related statutory reports.
Ensure overall compliance to applicable standards e.g. SOX
End to end processing of local Statutory HR Compliance
Managing and resolving employee queries related to payroll, HR policies, attendance & leave management system
Managing the administration of employee benefits
Assume responsibility for accurate payroll reporting and data requests
