Job Description

As Medical Departures’ Sales Manager you are responsible for finding and signing contracts with new medical & dental clinics/hospitals in Bali. Your job is to inform medical & dental clinics in Bali about the value of partnering with Medical Departures.

PAY & BENEFITS:

  • Base Salary $400-$500 USD per month
  • Healthcare benefits, Phone and Internet Allowance
  • Commission

How wold your day look like working as part time at Medical Departures Inc?

  • We measure results rather than hours counts. However as part time would say you have 25 hours per week to work and deliver results
  • You will be making calls, visitings clinics, response to chats/messages and support our global team with your max abilities
  • Company will pay for your business traveling (If any) or if there any expenses related to business with an approval
  • We are 100% remote work. You will work with global team with a very supportive culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Support Medical Departure’s goal to find the largest number of high-quality medical & dental clinics in Bali
  • Prospect for medical & dental clinics in Bali via phone, e-mail and on-site clinic meetings
  • Visiting medical & dental clinics on-site regularly to maintain business relationships
  • Negotiate contract terms with medical & dental clinics
  • Work to have medical & dental contracts signed quickly and efficiently
  • Aggressively pursue the gathering of medical clinic content (photos, prices, reviews)
  • Weekly tracking and monitoring of sales funnel, conversions, and projections
  • Organize and coordinate sales presentations to liaise with prospect dentists, doctors & hospital administrators
  • Hit aggressive clinic sign-up targets for the Australian medical & dental markets
  • Prepare weekly/monthly status reports to measure & communicate the status of your performance
  • Act as a liaison with partner medical & clinics in Bali
  • Post notable Mexican medical clinic updates to Medical Departures FaceBook, Instagram Google+ and Twitter pages

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3-5 years prior sales experience
  • Fluent English verbal and written language skills:
  • Fluent Indonesian language skills: written & spoken (Javanese, Sudanese, Madurese, Malay are ‘nice to have’)
  • Excellent phone skills
  • Social personality
  • Impeccable written communication skills
  • 60+ WPM typing ability
  • Experience tracking/maintaining a sales funnel & use of CRM/CMS systems
  • High level of technical savvy & ability to learn new programs/systems
  • Ability to work responsibly and productively from a remote home-office environment
  • Willingness to travel up to 20% of the time within Bali
  • Technical familiarity & knowledge of medical procedures & terminology (nice to have)
  • Proactive, sense of responsibility, friendly and can work independently
  • Quick and resourceful, flexible, accurate, strong analytical skills and an eye for detail
  • Great face-to-face and telephone communication skills
  • Team player, motivated and enjoys to work in e-travel and hospitality
  • Business focused
  • Positive attitude
  • Grit and willing to do whatever it takes to deliver extraordinary results
