JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :

Focus Improvement

  • Implements Lean and Six Sigma methodologies, and Continuous Improvement objectives across multiple facilities and functions
  • Responsible for driving continuous improvement throughout the organization by planning, leading and facilitating project teams
  • Promote and support improvement activity in all areas ' manufacturing operations
  • Ensure that improvement activity is done in a timely manner, with pace, delivering measurable results that are sustainable.
  • To be certified in Six Sigma and Lean, and promote those by mentoring to associates
  • Work with HR Department in controlling plant manning; provide estimation of future requirement for budget and control purpose
  • Obtain necessary information to support recommendation to Plant Manager or in response to corporate management request
  • Coordinate productivity improvement, operating cost improvement programs, and other information gathering and report generation


Industrial Engineer

  • Review line cycle times by conducting time-and-motion studies.
  • Prepare recommendations for effective/efficient workload balancing and improved production line, labor ratios, while driving improved employee safety and product quality
  • Assist in developing labor metrics and installation of labor management system. Prepare recommendations for allocation of plant labor
  • Involved in both pre-production (Planning) stage as well as production (control and supervision) stage.
  • Confers with management and engineering staff to implement plans and recommendations


JOB REQUIREMENTS :

  • Bachelor Degree from Engineering (preferably from Industrial Engineering)
  • Minimum 3 years exposure in Manufacturing Company with experience in related field
  • Preferable have Green Belt certified of Six Sigma methodology and tools / Lean Manufacturing
  • Strong analytical skills & understand statistical method as well
  • Experienced in managing projects from proposal through implementation and evaluation
  • Demonstrated ability work effectively in a diverse work group
  • Demonstrated ability to think creatively, ability to coach, train, facilitate, supervise and lead team effectively; lead/produce in unstructured work environment
  • Computer literate (MS Office, Minitab)
  • English profiency both verbal and written
