This function will be reporting to the HR Director Indonesia and this position will be based at Firmenich Office at Tanah Abang area.
Key Responsibilities:
Acts as first point of contact for all Human Resource queries from staff, providing HR advice within the scope of the job holder’s knowledge and ability,
Acts as first point of contact for external enquiries, dealing with those within the scope of the job holder’s ability, seeking guidance or routing the enquiry to the HR Manager where necessary,
Manages the administration of the Human Resource department which will include establishing and maintaining HR administration systems, producing written correspondence and contractual documents, administering the Payroll, Pensions, Healthcare, Health Screening and Travel Insurance schemes, and arranging training courses.
Develops relationships with recruitment consultants and organizes and manages the provision of temporary staff throughout the company
Co-ordinates recruitment; liasing with agencies, arranging interviews, communicating with candidates and monitoring the progress of all recruitment
End-to-end recruitment process for staff level
Develops and maintains systems to provide HR information and monitor HR processes such as absence control, headcount, progress reviews and training, and to produce regular reports for management
Assists HR Manager with the development of Human Resource systems and procedures and to support their implementation
Carries our specific projects within the Human Resources area
Gives advice to managers on good practice under the guidance of the HR Manager
Provides general assistance to the HR manager, arranging appointments & travel, screening calls and dealing with correspondence
We value:
A degree or suitable business qualification.
Diploma in HR Management, or currently studying for the qualification
Min. 2 years of experience in HR and experience in manufacturing will be added value
A good understanding of the role of Human Resources and its practical application
Excellent organizational skills, planning and organizing
Interpersonal and people skills as well as good communication both writtern and verbal.
Good computer skills, particularly word processing, spreadsheets and databases like SAP.
