Working closely with Head of Content Marketing to manage the procedure, implementation, tracking, measurement and improvement of marketing campaigns and partnership
Owning and maintaining marketing campaigns and partnership alongside with other sub-divisions: Creative, Community, Social Media, PMM, Partnership, and Offline Marketing
Ensure that projects are running, stakeholders are updated and engaged, risks are mitigated and appropriately escalated, and results are delivered on time and within budget
Creating schedules & time estimation, track project completion requirements using the right methods and tools (i.e Waterfall, Prince2, Gantt Chart, etc)
Providing regular feedback to the marketing teams to establish project priorities and communicate milestones and deadlines
Utilize resources for optimum efficacy through excellent project management
Make sure that the marketing campaigns are on track with marketing ROI, KPI, and OKR
Collect and use the data to make new campaigns and evaluate ongoing campaigns
3+ years of Account Manager, Project Manager, or Marketing Manager
An experienced planner project manager, with strong cross-team coordination skills at different levels in the organization
Strong organizational skills, able to manage multiple projects simultaneously and strong attention to detail
Excellent verbal, negotiation and written interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively with team members, and senior management
Advance with project management methods and tools
Ability to work successfully in an ever-changing environment with competing priorities
Bachelor's in Management, Marketing, Advertising or related field (preferred)
At least 1 years experienced in fashion retail merchandising, preferably within multibrand environment.
