PT. Rigid Maju Bersama is the first Rigid PVC Film manufacturing company in East Java, Indonesia. We are located at a modern industrial complex with an excellent and friendly working environment in Ngoro-Mojokerto, East Java.

Job description :

As a QA & QC Engineer, you will be supporting Quality Group to develop, evaluate, revise and apply technical quality assurance protocols/methods to inspect and test in-process raw materials, production process, production equipment, quality assurance standards and applicable government regulations of Rigid PVC Film manufacture. This will include:

  • Collaborate with Production group to improve quality performance and customer satisfaction, including reducing complaints, internal hold activity, scrap and process variation;
  • Actively participate in daily Production meeting to review Quality and Process performance;
  • Generate necessary data and reports for customers, vendors, and internal departments;
  • Lead quality initiatives to remove process-related reactive costs;
  • In coordination with Engineering and Production group, investigate customer complaints associated with product quality and lead the development of root cause analyses, DOE, SPC or 8D programs to produce effective corrective actions and implement process controls;
  • Analyze data and process specifications to determine improvement opportunities;
  • Participate in and/or lead Root Cause Analysis focus teams;
  • Actively participate in supplier quality initiatives;
  • Has the authority to place product on hold, release hold product, make process changes;

Qualifications :

        • Male, Max. 35 years old
        • Min. Bachelor’s Degree from Engineering or Plastic Majors;
        • MUST have strong Interpersonal skills, Leadership and Communication skills;
        • MUST have a strong passion in implementing ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and Lean Manufacturing System; Risk Management and KPI
        • MUST have a strong passion in Problem Solving and Continuous improvement concepts such as PDCA and Kaizen;
        • At least two (3) years working experience as QA/QC Engineer.
        • A sound knowledge of PVC/polymer industry would be a plus point;
        • Willing to work in Ngoro Industrial Park Factory (MOJOKERTO).
        • Those who are domiciled near NGORO-MOJOKERTO area, are preferred.
