Job Description

  • Ensure organisational initiatives and projects are successfully communicated to stakeholders
  • Ensure communications messages are consistent across various channels
  • Display the ability to manage multiple workloads, meet deadlines, and pay attention to the account details.
  • Identify problems that could damage relationships with other business units or affect the outcome of projects and alert a supervisor with suggestions as to how to solve problems.
  • Build a relationship and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders as required
  • Able to digest the information received from the stakeholders and the potential impact on the company.
  • Create strategic communication plans, complete with step-by-step initiatives and advice to Head of Corporate Communications (HoCC) regarding methodology and the applicable time frame for each initiative
  • Understand and implement the PESO model approach in building a strategic communications plan
  • To continually evaluate the success of communication activities and make relevant recommendations
  • Demonstrate creativity and conceptual thinking on client programs and projects
  • Demonstrate a complete understanding of appropriate writing style.
  • Draft messages or scripts from senior executives for presentation to employees in written or spoken form
  • Plan, edit and write content for a variety of communications mediums, such as press releases, talking pointers, fact sheets, speeches, briefing books, etc) with clear and relevant messaging. You may also be required to work on the layout of content or work with the design team
  • Edit press releases, client memos and reports.
  • Foster solid relationships with the media and develop newsworthy pitches
  • Conduct the planning and organise events such as press conferences, exhibitions, open days and press tours, including working with vendors, event coordinators, and design teams for on-site collateral
  • Able to digest the information received from the stakeholders and the potential impact on the company.
  • Able to propose the initial recommendation to address the situation.
  • Manage issues and crisis communications supervised by key company leaders including the Chief of SustCom, SustCom team members, and the President’s Office;
  • Handle the communication response to crisis situations that affect organisational perception and reputation
  • Consistently guided by company values in interactions with all stakeholders
  • Identify problems that could damage relationships with other business units or affect the outcome of projects and alert a supervisor with suggestions as to how to solve problems.
  • In-depth understanding of the company's businesses and able to spot sensitive issues that are relevant to the company's business and notify supervisors with possible solutions.
  • Support HoCC to handle day-to-day team's budget issue
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Advertising/Media, Journalism, Mass Communications or equivalent.
  • At least 4 year(s) of working experience in corporate communication position.
  • Fluent in English is a Must (written and spoken)
  • Willing to be located in Jakarta
