Job Description

Control and direct the food preparation process and any other relative activities

Construct and polish menus with new or existing culinary creations ensuring the variety and quality of the servings

Plan orders of equipment or ingredients according to operational needs

Arrange for repairs when necessary

Remedy any problems or defects

Oversee the work of subordinates

Comply with nutrition and sanitation regulations and safety standards
Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field.

Required languages: Bahasa Indonesia, English

At least 3 Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

Required Skills: Chef, Cook, Managing Team

Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
