Job Description

The legal team provides support for the company in implementing the business plans or daily business activities. We need someone who is hardworking, a problem solver, and driven to join us and provide a solid support for the organization.

Responsibilities :

    • Reviewing and advising on NDAs, commercial and procurement contracts in accordance with the Group Contracting Policy.
    • Prepare and handle general corporate documents and licensing documents.
    • Handle and advise on minor disputes with customers and suppliers.
    • Handle and advise on minor regulatory matters.
    • Do legal research.

Requirements :

    • Having working experience with a minimum of 3 years
    • Good English Ability (Both Speaking & Writing)
    • Data-Driven
    • Good analytical thinking
    • Good to work either in a team or independently
    • Good initiative
    • Critical thinking
