Responsibilities

Responsible for planning events and exhibition, be present during the event to deal with any issues
Planning exhibition hall layouts and activities programme such as workshops/seminars
Searching suitable venues and ensuring all necessary equipment is available
Coordinating with related vendors, calculate events & exhibition price
Promoting the event and organising the production of marketing material, sales brochures
Make sure the event runs smoothly

Requirements

Experience in trade and industry exhibitions
Have related experience in exhibition organising companies
Good communication skill to work with suppliers, contractors, and many other parties at the same time
Have ability to planning, budgeting, and organize events and exhibition
Good negotiation skill
Can-do attitude and excellent interpersonal skill
Good organization and problem solving skill
Willing to work when the exhibition is on, which often during weekends or evenings
