This function will be reporting to the Senior Customer Experience Manager who is based in Indonesia and will be based at Cileungsi factory.

Key Responsibilities:
Monitoring daily billing report

Coordinating e-faktur pajak with respective tax team

Collecting/Printing/Sorting/Matching up required document for invoice document bundling

Coordinating Invoice and other required docs with bank partners for export services

Digital Invoice submission to customer portal

Bachelor Degree/Diploma in Administration and equivalent minimum 1-2 years of experience in Customer Care/Billing area
