Job Description

  • Melakukan rekrutmen dan seleksi yang efektif untuk kebutuhan pemenuhan karyawan
  • Melakukan Development dan Training Karyawan
  • Rekap dan pemantauan Absensi Karyawan
  • Pemantauan kedisiplinan karyawan
  • Pantau status karyawan (Habis percobaan, Habis Kontrak, Perpanjangan Kontrak dan Status Permanen)
  • melakukan Payroll System/Penggajian karyawan setiap bulan
  • Rekap dan pantau Appraisal Performance/KPI Karyawan setiap bulan
  • Melakukan pendaftaran dan perhitungan BPJS Kes dan BPJS TK
  • Pengurusan Kecelakaan dan kematian di BPJS TK
  • Mengelola semua operasi SDM (Rekruitment,Magang,Perjanjian kerja,Administrasi,Management Kantor, dll)

  • Memiliki skill komunikasi yang baik
  • Memiliki pengalaman di HR Generalist Min.3 Th
  • Pengalaman dibidang Recruitment dan Training Min. 2 Th
  • Pengalaman handel BPJSTK dan BPJS Kesehatan
  • Pengalaman menggunakan HRIS
  • Ahli MS Office
  • Mampu memimpin divisi HRGA
