Job Description :

  • Focus on Zero Harm and Compliance with all relevant regulations.
  • Develops Team and Organization
  • Monitoring & Controlling PM schedule daily & weekly & monthly.
  • Improve PM system such as PM standard, PM check sheet, Work Instruction, and also job safety analysis.
  • Correct the equipment historical to do analysis by closing any issue.
  • Ensure the equipment runs with high performance.
  • Improvement Technical skill of subordinators
  • Conduct contractor’s safety management system such as implementation of EHS TE induction program, permit to work (PTW), tools inspection, and proactive in contractor’s supervision to ensure that all EHS TE policies are meet.
  • Develop annual preventive maintenance program for mechanical equipment and facilities in the Site.
  • Ensure execution of PM's program based on defined schedule and all reports should be documented and send to OPEX Leader for review.
  • Lead implementation of 6S program in engineering and maintenance area and conduct regularly audit 6S with the auditor team.
  • Collaborate with OPEX Leader regarding to monitor and implement productivity projects.
  • Manage spare parts inventory to ensure availability and control and should be in line with MRP in SAP system.
  • Implement all inspections and calibrations required by PSM procedures and local regulations.
  • Performance Management. Priorities own workflow and ensure work is completed to the required standards of productivity, quality and timeliness; use performance management systems to improve personal performance.
  • Other assignments as required by Engineering Manager.
