Job Description

1. Take ownership of the design and development of all aspects of the automated test approach and strategy;
2. Collaborate with business team members to review and clarify requirements and acceptance criteria for all functional and non-functional testing needs;
3. Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities;
4. Enable testing early in the development process as well as deploying modern tools and infrastructure to support the CI/CD pipeline.
5. Author and execute the Test Suite of automated test scenarios with traceability to requirements in order to validate the application.
6. Provide continued growth of coverage for new features and issues;
7. Communicate and interact with appropriate areas on problems, changes, and enhancements that may impact data, workflow, and/or functionality within Information Technology software;
8. Define, establish, document, and train the QA best practices, with a concentration on automation strategy and approach;
9. Advocate for the needs of QA to all levels;
10. Participate in product verification and being accountable for validating system quality;
11. Develop comprehensive and well-structured test procedures and other quality documentation: test plans, test cases, and status reports for management.
  • 3 - 5 years exp as a QA Manual
  • 1-year exp as QA automation (using Selenium / Appium)
  • Hands-on experience in Scrum methodology.
  • Experience with test automation using any language(preferably Java).
  • Proficiency in OOP basic concepts and languages isa must.
  • Familiar with version control eg: git
  • Experience in building tools like Maven or Gradle.
  • Understanding of tools such as Rest Assured and Appium.
  • Understanding of database concepts and queries
  • S1 Teknik Informatika
  • BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
