Job Description

The Position

The ECP as PPOC enabler provides support for operational work and in-charge for commercial objectives.

Achieving Business Goals

Reach defined business objectives in the local ecosystem & affiliate level

Procurement & Tender Negotiation

  • Negotiating & coordinating procurement plan (RKO) & tender process for Roche portfolio in key hospitals & institutions
  • Order fulfilment, tracking & monitoring for reimbursed drugs & private order
  • Educate and liaise with hospital/ institution reimbursement administrators to ensure processes on claim reimbursement to payers are done correctly and in a timely basis to improve payers' budget allocation in each assigned hospital and institution

Hospital Drug Listing Process:

  • Gains listing in new hospitals/clinics and institutions to enable business growth
  • Maintains current product listing in the hospitals/clinics and institutions

Ecosystem Supply Management:

  • Stock monitoring at the hospital level (with purchasing, supply dept, pharmacy, warehouse staff)
  • Coordination with Tempo on branch operational matters e.g. stock, monthly meeting, etc.
  • Validating forecast at branch level from supply chain & coordination with PJP to maintain stock ratio at the expected level
  • Connecting HCPs to transacting outlets/hospitals

PSP Management

  • Agreement/contract with hospitals
  • Administrations in patient enrolment and tracking in the hospital level
  • Managing queries from HCPs & hospital management team
  • Coordinate with PAP Lead for PILAR Forecast inventory
  • Commercial Program adoption, tracking and rebate management (in coordination with hospital & distributor)
  • Providing necessary administrative support at the ecosystem level in collaboration with the relevant enabling functions

Skills & experience:

  • Excellent customer engagement and management skills (Key account, Sales, or Marketing)
  • Experience in orchestrating work with cross-functional team.
  • System thinker and deep listener
  • Strong business acumen with desired expertise in commercialization
  • and customer experience excellence
  • Ability to understand and leverage digital means and tools for the
  • benefit of all stakeholders is highly desirable.
  • Excellent negotiation and problem solving
