We are looking for new team member to further strengthen our General Agency Division in the role of MARKETING.


Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promote company’s property listings/inquiries and pursuing new buyer/tenant prospects, negotiating deals until successful closings.
  • Actively seek out and identify new property listing/inquiry opportunities.
  • Achieve sales targets set by team leader and contribute to General Agency - business growth plan.
  • Complete other necessary tasks and supports as assigned by team leader or supervisor, including site inspections, prepare presentations/proposals and reports for new business pitches and existing project appointments.
  • Property sectors of coverage include Residential, Commercial and Industrial

The ideal candidate:

  • Possess wide networking relationships among investors, developers, corporate occupiers in industrial/manufacturing, logistics/warehouse and retail sectors
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Sales and Marketing.
  • Proven high sales track-record.
  • Experience in handling property transactions an advantage, but not required.
  • Must have own vehicle and a driving license.
