Job Description

The Employer Branding will be working in the Corporate Human Resources – People Discovery & Engagement Division, with the main task of becoming the key person in the Engagement tribe. He/she will handle the strategic implementation of engagement-related matters, namely employer branding, brand awareness, and external relation initiatives.

He/she will be working with fellow Engagement tribe member(s) and the Corporate Human Resources Team in conducting engagement strategy for Growth Center (Corporate Human Resource's brand for external clients) and Kompas Gramedia.

Job Description :
Strategizing and implementing both internal and external employer-branding initiatives/programs for KG (e.g Internship Program, Employee Assistance Program, etc.)

Search for and liaise with external channels (e.g. universities, alumni network, student influencers, communities, etc.)

Organize an event collaboration (e.g. webinar, Guest lecturer, Guest speaker, Job Fair, Company Showcase session, etc.)

Translate company value proposition into attractive and interactive content for company social media

Research on content types/ideas that tailored to audience persona

Build and execute social media strategies to increase social media following (Instagram: @growwith_kg, Linkedin, Twitter, etc.), brand awareness, and build meaningful customer connections to engage with the brand

Develop workable budgets, media, content, editorial plans, and realistic timetables for all campaign needs

Capture and analyze the appropriate social data/metrics, insights, and social media best practices to measure the effectiveness of employer branding strategies and every social media campaign, then use that information to refine future campaigns

Work closely with related internal and external stakeholders such as other pages in KG to create impactful content & campaign.

Work closely with content writers and designers to ensure content is informative and appealing
Bachelor degree in Communication, Marketing, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related fields
Previous experience in employee engagement; employer branding, brand management, and digital campaigns
In-depth understanding of branding in order to communicate company value as an employer choice
Savvy with social media communication techniques
Able to do full-cycle social media management (content planning, ideation, execution, analysis, evaluating, and reporting)
Broad knowledge and network in social media, influencers, and creatives
Highly creative and continuously coming up with new fresh ideas
Self-starter, creative, fun, with good interpersonal skills
Strong collaborative and communications traits, able to work with internal and external stakeholders
Good English with perfect grammar and ideally able to write in native-level Bahasa Indonesia
Strong analytical and planning skills
Fluent in storytelling technique is a plus

This is a professional hire (non-employee) opportunity. You will have full responsibility for this role with a hybrid work plan. You will be present when there are offline tasks/projects to be done and work from home whenever possible.
