About the job:

This position will be in charge of POKA system which is a managerial platform to facilitates the connection between varied functions eg. production/ maintenance/ logistic/ quality etc. This position will also be in charge of Continuous Improvement programs. The position plays a significant role in breaking barriers between departments and shifts to benefit from collective expertise at this platform, make all forms of procedures accessible to local team, linking guides and trouble shooting to existed equipment, products and workstations.

  • Ensure the POKA system runs in a healthy manner and be available around the clock. Tracking the to-do-list in the system as a routine, weekly report and monthly health check should be carried out punctually
  • Help relevant departments to break through barriers between them by share common knowledge, identify their training needs and preparing reated training materials thru POKA system.
  • Standardize the SOP format throughout the manufacture, assistant EHS production and maintenance to standardize existing process, and create, compile, modify SOP/ OPL etc in the system accordingly
  • Use POKA guides, documents, texts and links to internal and external content to build useful and practical training plan for each skill, ensure complete coverage of active employee’s skill from mandatory certification to day-to-day basics and track down the scheduled training plan to maintain a up-to-day skill matrix constantly.
  • Helping to assign maintenance task to the appropriate people and follow up with ease, train the staff with best practices available, promote collaboration in the factory between departments and also between the shifts.
  • Strengthen the autonomy willingness and desire to learn of the team by POKA implementation and refinement, share the best practices of the most skilled workers and limit the loss of knowledge related to staff mobility and turnover.
  • Configure and monitor each operator’s progress with the individual viewing matrix through the POKA.

About you:

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years working experience in manufacturing industry, food industrial preferred
  • Experience on MES or SAP
  • Experience in CI or equivalent
  • Excellent command in English
