Provide high level support primarily for end users via on-site, telephone, electronic mail, and communicate with end users
Perform infrastructure operation activity relate to server, storage and backup system for end users to support their business
Perform service request from business user relate to request fulfilment of server, storage and backup system through ticketing system and closing the request within SLA and ensure process quality.
Manage known incident / user complain relate to server, storage and backup system and resolve it within SLA as SOP defined.
Manage and execute deployment for standard change relate to server, storage and backup system
Provide technical solutions for end users in using systems to support their day-to-day business activities.
Provide data report and audit based on client requirement.
Diploma / Bachelor degree of Computer Science of Information Technology.
Min. 1 year experience (fresh graduate are welcome to apply)
Good communication skill & good attitude
Preferred language(s): Bahasa Indonesia, English.
Proficient with networking hardware and software (e.g. TCP/IP, Internet , Networking, familiar with SAN, Storage IBM, HP, EMC)
Required skill(s): Linux Server, Networking (internet protocols (including TCP/IP, DNS, SMTP, HTTP and distributed networks), Back Up System, Storage, Server, and SAN Switch
Have knowledge of server and network security, including Security hardening, VPN
Preferably skill(s): Database, Programming , OpenLDAP and Jira.
Willing to work on shift. Available 24/7 as well as to work off hours / weekend for remote support and on-call duties and also on-customer site
