Job Description :
Provide administrative support to the Legal Team, including document management, storing, signing, and delivery.
Process invoices and the related internal procurement process, including communicating with vendors for any clarifications and payment process.
Manage and update the company's legal related documents, including agreements, licenses, corporate documents and others.
Coordinate with third parties to perform any legal related matters, such as notaries and government officials.
Assist various daily operations of the legal team.
Requirements :
Preferably bachelor degree majoring in Administration or Secretary, but D4, D3, or high school graduates with the strong background are welcome to apply.
Minimum 2 years experience working as an admin/secretary (preferably have experience supporting a legal team or working in a law firm).
Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.
Skillful in using Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and any type of Google Documents/Sheets.
Highly responsible and motivated.
Great communication skill and attentive to details.
