Job Description :

  • Provide administrative support to the Legal Team, including document management, storing, signing, and delivery.

  • Process invoices and the related internal procurement process, including communicating with vendors for any clarifications and payment process.

  • Manage and update the company's legal related documents, including agreements, licenses, corporate documents and others.

  • Coordinate with third parties to perform any legal related matters, such as notaries and government officials.

  • Assist various daily operations of the legal team.

Requirements :

  • Preferably bachelor degree majoring in Administration or Secretary, but D4, D3, or high school graduates with the strong background are welcome to apply.

  • Minimum 2 years experience working as an admin/secretary (preferably have experience supporting a legal team or working in a law firm).

  • Able to communicate in English, both written and verbal.

  • Skillful in using Microsoft Office (including Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and any type of Google Documents/Sheets.

  • Highly responsible and motivated.

  • Great communication skill and attentive to details.
