Job Description

  • Having experience as HR in Distributor/Retail/Logistic business for more than 10 years with min. 5 years in Manager Level.
  • Having minimum 5 years’ experience in GA functions and administrative control of personnel (attendance, leave, employment contracts, employment agreements, payroll etc), and Understanding of local labor laws in retail.
  • Having experience with handling people approx 2500 staffs.
  • Strong knowledge of Industrial Relation and Manpower Regulation.
  • Have a strong leadership, confident and assertive manner.
  • Having experience handling case until tripartite
  • Willing to place at Surabaya
