What You Will Achieve

As part of technical operations, you will be developing and applying your knowledge of procedures, techniques, tools, materials and equipment. You will follow standard procedures to complete tasks and identify process issues or problems that involve direct application of your skills/knowledge.

How You Will Achieve It

  • Manage own time, professional development, and be accountable for own results.
  • Manage the preparation, cleaning, and/or operation of various components, materials and equipment.
  • Monitor, troubleshoot, perform quality level checks, and document processing steps for various manufacturing / packaging / inspection equipment.
  • Perform the cleaning and sanitization of the area as per the procedure.
  • Maintain files and databases to ensure all documentation is current and complete.
  • Communicating with peers, supervisors, and interdepartmental groups to provide for an efficient drug production process.
  • Participate in Response Development to Regulatory Inspection Observations and execute corrective actions recommended as a part of cGMP/Regulatory compliance.
  • Be part of an ownership culture that values diversity and where all colleagues are energized and engaged.
  • Be part of a team and work collaboratively with the broader Manufacturing Operations group.
  • Suggest innovative ideas for the process simplification.

Qualifications
Must-Have

  • Candidate must possess at least Diploma (D3) in Engineering (Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply) or a t least SMK Engineering with 2 Years of working experience in the related field is preferable.
  • Computer skills and GMP experience are preferred
  • Able to communicate efficiently verbally and in writing with team, and superordinates.
  • Able to work rotating shift, overtime, and weekends
  • Good command of both oral and written local language is required (preferable english passive)

Nice-to-Have

  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering
  • Pharmaceutical production experience
  • Understand about basic GDP related to ALCOA

Job Description

  • Conducting manufacturing process (especially for compounding and tableting) both in pilot/study and commercial lots that meet product specification as per approved Manufacturing Instruction (MI) and/or protocol.
  • Operating all machines machines as per Standard Operation Procedures (SOP) and approved Manufacturing Instruction (MI) that used for manufacturing process
  • Preparing and maintaining processing machines (compounding and tableting) and production area are in good condition and tidy.
  • Assisting Manufacturing Team Leader & Manufacturing Supervisor in preparing an appropriate investigation (e.g. OOS result, process deviation, product complaint/ re-call) to find the root causes, provide solution, and prevent the recurrence.
  • Assuring all production activities follow cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practice).
  • Actively involve in validation/ qualification activities.
