1. Bertanggung jawab atas operasional kitchen dan café

2. Dapat Memasak

3. Melalukan penyetokan bahan dan pengecekan bahan masakan

4. Bertanggung jawab atas control makanan dan kebersihan kitchen dan café

5. Dapat menjalin hubungan baik Supplier

1. Minimal SMA/Sederajat diutamakan memiliki pendidikan Tata boga/perhotelan/ dan sejenisnya

2. Memiliki latar belakang pendidikan terakhir dengan food & service product

3. Mempunyai pengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai Cook, Koki, dan SPV Cafe/restaurant diutamakan

4. Mempunyai knowledge basic operasional food and beverage

5. Mahir berbicara bahasa inggris lisan dan tulisan
