Job Description

1. Research popular international novels and TV series, and produce effective content and writing guidance;
2. Lay down content strategy and direction, write and revise outlines that cater to the tastes of international novel readers, create popular novels with writers;
3. Follow up on the data and promotion performance of signed novels, adjust contract strategy and direction based on the performance.
1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English writing, speaking and listening;
2. Familiar with popular Indonesian web novels and TV series;
3. Web novel lover and avid reader, familiar with web novel content characteristics and reader preference, have insights and deep understanding of the web novel market;
4. Patient, careful, driven, responsible, good at communication, and team spirited, fast learner with strong adaptability.
