Work you will do
This role sits within the Customer and Marketing (C&M) team of Deloitte Southeast Asia, which is a part of Deloitte that uses technology and creativity to better connect the customer with the business.

As part of Advertisement Marketing and Commerce (AMC), you will work with team to help our clients with their Creative Design and Innovation, Advertising and Branding, Digital Marketing, Digital Commerce and Customer Experience Platform
You will:
  • Lead complex engagements, working with cross-functional stakeholders in marketing, IT, business, to implement and manage digital programmes
  • Project management of hybrid engagements that cut across technology, data, creative execution
  • Managing a team of cross functional consultants and developers in developing salesforce projects
  • Management day-to-day programme execution across multiple projects in scope, quality, schedule, escalations, financials
  • Ensuring that the project delivery team produces work in-line with Salesforce’s best-design principles
  • Have a handle on programme status through rigorous tracking

Enough about us, let's talk about you
If you are someone with:
  • Minimum of 8 years of working experience with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in project management or professional services
  • Takes pride in well run projects, with demonstrable success in managing multi-brand multi-country, cross-cultural engagements
  • Practical experience implementing digital technologies, marketing automation, eCommerce, CRM, mobile app development
  • Experience in SDLC for package or customer products
  • Attention to detail, ability to structure complex project requirements into structured, executable plans
  • Clear ability to drive projects to successful, on-time completion and influence stakeholders and team members
  • Savvy stakeholder management
  • Motivated to learn and pick up new skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively synthesize business requirements into technical outcomes for varied audiences
  • PMP, Scrum, or related certification
  • Experience in dynamic situations and able to shift gears comfortably and effectively
  • Capable problem-solver that uses rigorous logic and methods to solve difficult problems with effective solutions
  • Global thinker that can discuss multiple aspects and impacts of issues and project them into the future
