JOB DESCRIPTIONS :

Coordinate and plan production priority, workflow and schedule with Procurement
Create PO in system based on sales and stock analysis from the Procurement Manager
Preparing all equipment for New Season collection
Schedule routine inspection to factory and maintain problems to prevent production delay.
Optimize production operations to meet quality and performance standard.
Assist in documenting all work instruction and procedure
Ensure production process is carried out in accordance with company policies
Helping for source fabric and all equipment for new design
Helping Qc since the production already going better.
Make easier to control all order at all vendor.
Helping Procurement Manager to provide what benefit/improvement to the requesting department (please provide in full detail)

REQUIREMENTS :

2+ years' experience of working on a Production SPV / Procurement SPV or other similar position
Good practical experience with MS Office
Strong organizational and leadership skills٫ together with a results-driven approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills on English Language
Self-motivated and an efficient problem solver
Most understanding about apparel and production process on Garment Industry is an advantage
Active and open mind to the things
Can work under pressure and deadline

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Salary: Rp4,000,000 - Rp6,000,000 per month
