Job Description :

Develop a growth strategy focused on our digital products in New Retail Team Mitra Tokopedia
Conduct research to identify new market and customer needs
Prepare contract ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Manage process improvement & project management in Mitra Tokopedia Digital Product
Identify, plan and implement internal projects to improve quality, reduce cost, increase productivity and improve cycle time by reducing lead time, improve the customer journey and others
Responsible for targeting completion of process improvement projects within a specified time frame while achieving a goal
Manage expectation and achieve approval from the relevant parties Actively involved and monitor pilot program
Provide management with a regular status update

Qualifications :

Proven working a minimum of 3 years in e-commerce or start-up industry
Entrepreneurial drive Appetite for end-to-end complex problem solving
Proficiency in English
Broad knowledge of marketing strategy
Self-driven, love challenges, have an entrepreneurial spirit and get things done
A strong analytical and creative thinking person
