Gambaran Pekerjaan Tim Operations Migo memiliki misi untuk menyiapkan Migo Download Station (MDS) yang berkualitas dan mengantarkannya hingga dapat bermanfaat bagi konsumen. Sebagai teknisi, kamu akan bertanggung jawab melakukan perakitan, penyediaan, dan konfigurasi MDS. Peranmu amat vital dalam pertumbuhan Migo dengan kontribusi pada sisi teknikal yang efektif dan efisien di Service Center. Keberhasilanmu nantinya tidak hanya didukung oleh latar belakang kemampuan teknis, tetapi juga kemampuan beradaptasi yang cepat, fleksibel, dan berorientasi pada proses.

Tanggung Jawab

Melakukan proses produksi Migo Download Station (MDS) dari awal hingga akhir dengan mengikuti panduan perakitan yang telah ditentukan, prosedur konfigurasi, proses pengujian, dan proses kontrol kualitas.
Melakukan troubleshooting hardware untuk mendiagnosa dan memperbaiki masalah yang muncul pada unit MDS saat proses produksi maupun bagi unit yang dikembalikan dari lapangan.
Secara konsisten mampu memenuhi target produksi sesuai jadwal, dengan disiplin waktu yang ketat dan fokus pada efisiensi.
Berkolaborasi dengan tim lain dan memberikan dukungan teknis dalam berbagai proyek dan inisiatif, seperti yang ditugaskan oleh pimpinan.

Kualifikasi

Minimum lulusan SMK di bidang servis perangkat keras, jaringan, atau bidang lain yang terkait TI, dengan setidaknya satu (1) tahun pengalaman kerja
Memiliki pengalaman melakukan soldering
Familiar dengan Linux
Sangat terorganisir dan teratur dalam bekerja, perhatian pada berbagai hal detail, dan fokus pada proses
Proaktif dan suka dalam memecahkan masalah
Mampu berkomunikasi dengan siapa pun dari berbagai latar belakang yang berbeda
Bersedia untuk ditempatkan di Cirebon
