Job Description

Uraian Tugas

  • Directs, monitors, & evaluates overall activities of Front Office Department
  • Be responsible for the entire operation, manning, and tools of Front Office Department
  • Be responsible for service & guest experience beyond expectation, as well as recruitment of loyalty members
  • Prepares daily & monthly reports as required by General Manager
  • Handles and resolves all guests' queries and complaints in a professional manner
  • Develops a high quality relationship with guests from the moment they arrive & throughout their stay in order to encourage positive reviews
  • Maintains smooth coordination with other departments
  • Establishes good working environment, employees' relations, ethics & professional attitude towards all guests & talents

Pengalaman kerja

  • Preferably have 2-3 years experiences in the same position
  • 4 stars & international hotel brand experience will be beneficial
  • Know & understand of various computer software programs & hotel system
  • Good communication in written & spoken in English
  • High motivation & guest service oriented
  • Indonesian Citizen only
