Job Description

Experience Requirements

  • Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from Information Technology or Management Information System or Computer Science. Marketing / Engineering background with Information Technology career also preferred.
  • Experience of leading IT / business engagement for a geographical area / large end market / global function in multinational companies
  • Minimum 10 years’ experience in Information Technology and Digital Transformation (Automation, Data Analytics & Insight, AI, etc.)
  • Experience in shaping and executing transformation for Digital Marketing (Trade Marketing/Retail systems, E-commerce, Mobile applications, CRM, Customer Data Platform, Social & Search Engine Optimization)
  • Experience in leading projects in agile framework working as or with scrum master
  • Considerable functional change management experience with advanced stakeholder and risk management skills
  • Experience of leading a virtual team

Desired Skill set

  • Analytical skills, ability to simplify complex subjects;
  • Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
  • Experienced Agile framework and design thinking
  • Presentation skills (often to a senior audience and external stakeholders);
  • Highly adaptable and able to work independently
  • Strong systems knowledge and experience with multiple applications, (i.e. include SAP, Sales force, etc.)
  • Creative thinking, not following the ordinary route and able to navigate through uncertainties
  • Able to communicate fluently in English (written & spoken)
