Experience Requirements

Minimum Bachelor Degree, preferably from Information Technology or Management Information System or Computer Science. Marketing / Engineering background with Information Technology career also preferred.
Experience of leading IT / business engagement for a geographical area / large end market / global function in multinational companies
Minimum 10 years’ experience in Information Technology and Digital Transformation (Automation, Data Analytics & Insight, AI, etc.)
Experience in shaping and executing transformation for Digital Marketing (Trade Marketing/Retail systems, E-commerce, Mobile applications, CRM, Customer Data Platform, Social & Search Engine Optimization)
Experience in leading projects in agile framework working as or with scrum master
Considerable functional change management experience with advanced stakeholder and risk management skills
Experience of leading a virtual team

Analytical skills, ability to simplify complex subjects;
Exceptional communication skills, strong interpersonal, team building and negotiation skills
Experienced Agile framework and design thinking
Presentation skills (often to a senior audience and external stakeholders);
Highly adaptable and able to work independently
Strong systems knowledge and experience with multiple applications, (i.e. include SAP, Sales force, etc.)
Creative thinking, not following the ordinary route and able to navigate through uncertainties
Able to communicate fluently in English (written & spoken)
