Conduct sourcing & hiring the best IT Talent needed;
Collaborate with stakeholders to define clearly resource requirement, resource scope and other general requirement;
Enhance sourcing coverage (if needed) to fulfill stakeholder needs;
Build and maintain long term relationship with strategic outsource provider and stakeholders;
Conduct administration task such as create procurement proposal, open PO (Purchase Order), review agreement, invoice, etc;
Prepare the workstation needed for Resource such as PC / Notebook, ID Card, etch;
Manage and monitor the life cycle of Resource Management;
Develop the inovative way to leverage the process of talent sourcing & engagement model that suitable in Procurement area;
Excellent engagement skills with people
Good communication (english) in verbal & written is a MUST
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, especially in under pressure condition

3+ years' brand management or marketing experience.
